DEPOSIT
A deposit is required at the time of booking. On receipt of the deposit the reservation will be confirmed. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel or change your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. We refund deposits 6 weeks (42 days) prior to your arrival date. Deposit is non-refundable 41 days or less prior to arrival.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in time is 2 p.m. If you are arriving early, we are happy for you to book in and leave your luggage in the designated reception area. Check-out no later than 10 a.m. to allow us to prepare for incoming guests. For our guests departing the island later in the day, upon check-out you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
